Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. We're finally upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe around Ameerpet, for the kids' school admission next year. My wife's priority is safety and a good neighborhood. I'm looking at Salarpuria Sattva projects, but the listed prices, say 1.8 Cr, don't feel like the 'all-in' cost. Should I negotiate hard on the base price, or are things like PLC and parking non-negotiable? Also, is it better to go through a broker for a better deal or directly with the builder? What's everyone's experience here?
