posted on 4 AprTrue Vision Realtors: Anyone else facing possession delays?
Fed up of renting and finally booked a flat with True Vision Realtors in Asgerpur. Possession was promised by end of 2025, but now they're saying mid-2027! Honestly not sure if they're being straight with me. Anyone else facing similar delays from them? Is it worth pursuing legal action? What are my options at this point?

Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake last time. No clubhouse even after 3 years!
What's the current status? Have they even started construction on your tower?
So, what are you planning to do now? Legal notice first, right?
Be careful — this builder has 3 delayed projects that I know of. Red flag!
Name and shame them! Which projects?
RERA is your friend. File a complaint ASAP. Document everything.
Honestly, with the new metro line coming up in Noida, property rates are going up anyway. Maybe you can negotiate a better deal or even sell at a profit (eventually).
Did you get any discount during booking? That could be a factor in the delay.
Check out the builder's financials on the MCA website. You might find some clues there.
Asgerpur...isn't that near Jewar airport? Maybe they are betting on the airport driving up prices and are deliberately delaying?
Possession mila kya? Or just another 'coming soon' sign?
Haha, good one! 'Coming soon' matlab 'never coming' in builder language.
Exactly! My 'coming soon' turned into 'coming never'.
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. If you can get out without too much loss, maybe consider cutting your losses and buying somewhere else?
Good advice, but stamp duty and registration charges bhi toh waste honge na?
I bought in Sector 78 three years ago, and luckily, possession was on time. But I did my research thoroughly before booking. Lesson learned: don't trust builders blindly.
Bhai, this builder ka track record bahut poor hai. I know someone who had a similar issue with their project in Greater Noida West.
Greater Noida West toh bhai... horror stories hi sunne ko milti hain.
True that! Infrastructure is still lagging there.
Lagta hai builder ne sabko chuna laga diya!
I invested in their project near Pari Chowk 5 years ago. Still waiting! They keep giving excuses. 'Material shortage', 'labor issues'… it never ends.
5 years! That's insane. Have you filed a RERA complaint?
Pari Chowk area is saturated with delayed projects. Buyers beware!
Before going legal, try sending them a strongly worded legal notice. Sometimes that's enough to get them moving.
RERA registration number check karo. Also, see if other buyers have formed an association. Strength in numbers!
Association is key. Builders listen more when a group speaks.
Good point! RERA number se pata chalega ki builder ne kitna loan liya hai project pe.
Asgerpur? Bhai, that area is still developing. True Vision Realtors ka naam suna toh hai, but haven't heard great things. 2 years delay is crazy! You're right to be concerned.
Mid-2027! That's a joke. I've heard whispers about their financial troubles. RERA mein complaint daalo immediately. Don't wait.
True Vision? Oh god, I almost booked with them in Sector 150. Dodged a bullet, I guess. Which tower are you in?
Legal action is a must if they're delaying that much. Check your agreement for penalty clauses. They're probably hoping you'll just go away.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Builders promise the moon and deliver nothing.
Penalty clause is usually a joke. They pay like Rs. 5 per sqft per month. Doesn't even cover rent!
RERA is your best bet. They actually take action, unlike civil courts.
