Trump Towers Delhi NCR: Connectivity claims vs. reality?
That video on Trump Towers Delhi NCR got me thinking about location. It really talks up the metro connectivity and expressway access for the project. Plus, they mention schools, hospitals, and amenities right there. Makes it sound like everything's super convenient. But I'm kinda skeptical about how much of that is reality on the ground. Sometimes these videos make things look better than they are. For those who've checked out Dasnac's Trump Towers, how does the connectivity and infrastructure really stack up? Is it as good as claimed?

Metro station kitni door hai actually? Video mein toh lagta hai walk karke ja sakte hain.
U5, you're right. It's not walkable. The nearest operational metro station is probably a good 10-15 minute drive. From there, you'd connect to the Aqua Line or Blue Line, depending on where you're headed. Connectivity is there, but not 'right next door' convenience.
Walkable toh bilkul nahi hai.
Possession date 2025-06-01 sounds okay on paper, but given the current market conditions in Noida, especially with so many ongoing projects, delays are almost a given. My cousin booked in Alpha I Greater Noida, and his project is already 2 years behind schedule. Dasnac ka track record kaisa hai, anyone knows? For such a high-value property, a delay would be a huge headache for first-time buyers like us.
Yeah, what U8 said. My friend booked with Dasnac a few years back in a different project. Possession was delayed by a year and a half. The good thing was, they did compensate, but the mental stress was real. For ₹11.7 Cr – ₹20.2 Cr, you want solid commitment. Plus, the current interest rates make delays even more painful for EMIs.
Dasnac has a mixed track record. Some projects delivered on time, others faced delays. For 262 units, it's a big project, chances of minor delays are there. I'd factor in at least 6-12 months buffer.
Bhai, price range toh high hai, but it's Trump Towers, you expect that. The RERA number is 375 of 2017, so at least it's registered. And possession date is 2025-06-01, which is still a bit away. Maybe connectivity will improve by then? What do you guys think about Dasnac as a builder?
Exactly my thoughts! These builders always paint a rosy picture. I visited a site near Alpha II in Greater Noida recently, and what they showed in the brochure vs. reality was poles apart. ₹11.7 Cr se shuru ho raha hai, but if connectivity is an issue, then it's just a fancy prison. What's the RERA number again?

I visited last month. Metro station is not walking distance, you'd need a cab or auto for sure. Expressways are close, but traffic can be a nightmare during peak hours, especially coming from the Delhi side.
Totally agree, videos are always misleading.
