This video about apartments under 20K disappearing caught my eye, especially the mention of Trump Towers Noida Expressway. They talk about high land costs pushing prices up there. I'm looking at Sector 151, but honestly, I'm more curious about the builder's track record for Trump Towers Delhi NCR. Has anyone here bought from them before? How was the construction quality, and were there major possession delays? Just trying to gauge their reliability for such a premium project.

So, I actually know someone who invested in Trump Towers Delhi NCR. They booked a unit a couple of years ago. The RERA number is 375 of 2017, and the original possession date was supposed to be June 2025. Construction quality, from what I've heard, is decent, as expected for the brand. But yes, delays are always a possibility in these super-luxury projects. They have 262 units, so it's not a small project to manage.
Yeah, 262 units is quite a number. For such a high-value property, even a small delay means huge losses. One just hopes the payment milestones are smooth.
2025 tak toh bahut time hai. Hopefully, they stick to the date. Otherwise, EMI aur rent ka double burden.

U1, totally understand your shock! 11.7 Cr is a different league altogether. I was also looking in Sector 151 and even checked out some plots near Ajayabpur, but the prices there are also shooting up. For such a high-end project, delays are a huge concern.
