Trusting builder RERA claims is a huge gamble

Since January, I'm looking at Noida properties. How do you *really* verify a builder's legal track record for projects like Kesar Garden? Does RERA actually protect against title issues?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! I've been eyeing properties in Ajayabpur, but this RERA thing feels like a maze. Builders show you everything glossy, but the underlying documents... that's where the fear starts. Kesar Garden sounds familiar, is that JKG Constructions ka project? Heard mixed reviews about them.
