Is anyone successfully negotiating prices right now, especially for investors in Hyderabad? I work in real estate but buying for myself is totally different, makes you paranoid about every rupee. Builders like Salarpuria Sattva seem to have fixed rates, but what's the *real* room for negotiation? I'm looking at a 3BHK around Lingampally, budget ₹1.5Cr. Are spot discounts actually worth it, or do they just inflate the base price first? Should I push harder for new projects or can you get a much better deal on resale in the secondary market? Honestly not sure how much I can realistically knock off the asking price. Any hidden charges I should watch out for during final payment?
