Trying to figure out if fancy amenities are worth the premium
I know builder marketing inside out, but buying my own flat in Greater Noida feels totally different. I'm looking at NS Green Valley, and their brochure has a ton of fancy amenities – like clubhouse, multiple sports facilities, huge green areas. My question is, as an investor, do these actually translate into better rental yields or faster resale? Or is it just extra cost that I'll end up paying for in the maintenance? Log bolte hain ki initially these look great, but after a few years, either they're not maintained well, ya phir maintenance charges itne high ho jaate hain ki ROI hit hoti hai. What's been your experience with societies having high-end amenities? Is it a ghost facility ya log use karte hain? Especially for tenant attraction... does it really matter beyond the basic gym/pool? Any insights would be super helpful.
