Trying to gauge actual security in my new Faridabad investment
Moved into Goyal Luxury Floors By Rahul Mangla about three months back, and honestly, I'm still trying to figure things out from an investor's angle. On paper, the security systems sounded top-notch – CCTVs everywhere, app-based visitor management, multiple guards. But now, living here, I'm not sure if it's all just for show. Are these systems actually reliable? I've noticed cameras that look defunct, and visitor entry sometimes feels a bit too lax, especially late at night. For investors, how much does perceived versus actual security impact resale value or tenant attraction? Does anyone have experience with maintenance response times for security tech here, or similar projects in Faridabad? Wondering if this will become a long-term headache.

Bhai, I'm a bit confused here. You said you moved into Goyal Luxury Floors three months back, but Propmyna pe toh iska status 'Upcoming' dikha raha hai, with possession date April 2026? Are we talking about the same project by Rahul Mangla? If it's truly upcoming, then the security systems you're seeing might just be for show flat ya marketing material. This discrepancy itself is a huge red flag for me as a first-time buyer. Also, RERA number is 'Not Applicable' which is super concerning for any new project. Can you clarify, yaar?
Absolutely agree with you guys. My cousin almost invested in a similar 'luxury' project in Sector 35 a couple of years back, also by a smaller builder, that had no RERA. They showed him fancy models and promised everything. Later found out it was just a plot divided into 4 independent floors, not a proper RERA registered project. The builder just put up some cameras for show. So, if this Goyal Luxury Floors is also like that, then security won't be their priority. Be very careful, OP.
Sahi baat hai, I noticed that too! 'Not Applicable' RERA for a luxury project priced at ₹2.7 Cr? That's not right. It makes me wonder about the legitimacy of the whole thing. Security systems can look fancy but if the project itself has these basic issues, then it's all just a facade.
