Tughlakabad Extension: Pani aur safety ka kya scene hai?

Is Tughlakabad Extension ka water supply issue as bad as people say? I just moved into my flat here last month, possession was in March, and honestly, the municipal water supply is pretty inconsistent. Some days it's fine, but phir borewell ya tanker pe depend karna padta hai. Things nobody told me before buying. Also, evening ke time, especially for families, safety feels a bit off, especially near those inner lanes. Not sure if it's just me or if others also feel this way. Daily life mein yeh sab choti choti cheezein bahut matter karti hain, right? Kya koi resident bata sakta hai ki yeh improve hoga ya it's always like this? Am I the only one facing this?
