Is Tulip Crimson genuinely good for daily living, ya sirf brochure mein achha lagta hai? I'm seriously considering a 3BHK there, price around ₹7.55 Cr, and honestly, for my first home, I'm super nervous. My parents keep saying location is everything, so what's the neighborhood like? Are there good schools nearby, like decent ones for future planning? And what about daily convenience – markets, hospitals, connectivity to major offices? Not sure if the carpet area efficiency is good for that price point either. Is it just good on paper, ya phir actual mein life achhi hai wahan? Any current residents or recent visitors, please share your honest experience. Ab samajh nahi aa raha, itna paisa daalna hai, will it be worth it? Hope someone can give some real insights.
