Honestly, buying for myself after years in the business is way harder than selling. I'm looking at Tulip Crimson in Mohali, seen the ₹7.55 Cr tag. What's the real capital appreciation been like since launch? Builders always quote projections, but what's the ground reality? Also, anyone know the investor-to-end-user ratio there? I'm worried about it becoming a ghost town, which kills rental yield and future resale. Is the ROI actually there, or just on paper?
