Tulip Crimson, Sector 70 – I'm seriously worried about this project. I invested almost a year ago, based in Dubai, so I can't do site visits often. Builder ka track record on previous projects bhi thoda shaky laga, aur ab isme bhi delays dikh rahe hain. Initial delivery commitment was for next year, but ab lag raha hai late hoga. My property manager says communication is poor, RERA status updates bhi clear nahi hain. This impacts my whole ROI calculation, especially the rental yield I was expecting. Resale market mein ye delays kitna affect karenge? Koi aur investor hai Tulip Crimson mein? Aapka experience kaisa raha? Are they even RERA compliant with these timeline changes?

Bhai, totally understand your anxiety. Yeh builders ka toh pata hi nahi chalta. My friend also invested in a project near Airport Road and faced similar communication issues. Delays kill all calculations, especially for first-time buyers like us. Hope you get some clarity soon!
