8 years of renting in Bengaluru, ab bas ho gaya. Finally taking the plunge, buying my first flat. I'm looking at TVS Emerald Altura. My main concern as an investor is construction quality. Heard stories about cracks, seepage appearing just a year after possession. Does this badly hit resale value? Aur yeh fancy clubhouses, swimming pools – log use karte hain ya sirf maintenance badhate hain? What's the reality with maintenance charges versus actual service? Any experiences, especially with TVS Altura's long-term build quality?
