₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK at TVS Emerald Altura. Kids moved, don't need such a big place. Monthly maintenance kitna hoga? Hospitals kitne paas hain? Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Looking for manageable.

The price is definitely a concern, but my bigger worry is the possession date. 2030-12-01 is so far away! Builder delays toh common hain na? I've heard horror stories from friends who booked in Adigara Kallahalli and are still waiting after 7-8 years. What if possession gets delayed like crazy for Altura too? My EMI starts, but no home in sight. This is my first home, I can't afford such a risk.
U4, your fear is totally valid. I booked a flat in Aavalahalli 5 years ago, another builder, and it was supposed to be delivered last year. Abhi tak construction aadha bhi nahi hua hai! They keep giving excuses. My EMI started, rent bhi de raha hoon. It's a huge mental and financial drain. So
