Two months in, my Canvas reality check.

Possession for my Canvas 2BHK was in March, and honestly, things nobody told me are now cropping up. Just two months in, and I'm seeing minor wall cracks near windows and some plumbing fittings already feel flimsy. Makes me really think about future maintenance and tenant attraction. Also, the promised premium amenities, like the 'grand' clubhouse, feel like a ghost town. Is this common for new projects in Pune? Do these initial quality issues severely hit resale value or ROI down the line?

Oh man, this sounds exactly like my biggest fear! Canvas ka naam toh suna tha, but quality issues itni jaldi? I'm also looking for a 2BHK and budget is super tight. If even new projects start showing cracks, toh re-sale value ka kya hoga? Pune mein toh properties already so expensive hain, especially in places like Amanora. Is your project the one with RERA P52100077008? Because as per RERA, possession is still years away, in 2029. Thoda confused hoon.
