Two months into Apna Enclave, already seeing the cracks

Just moved into Apna Enclave a couple of months back, and honestly, the reality is a bit different from the brochure. Everyone glorifies the huge clubhouse and swimming pool, but yaar, how many actually use it daily? Most amenities feel like they're just for show. The gym is always crowded ya phir equipment kharab. Nobody talks about how basic things like proper visitor parking are an issue. Neighbourhood convenience is another big one. They said everything is nearby, but good schools and hospitals still need a proper drive. Local markets are okay, but for anything substantial, you're travelling a bit. Matlab, livability ke naam pe bas thoda green space hai. Daily convenience is not what I expected. Change my mind.
