Okay, so I'm looking at U Block in Gurgaon for my first home, but confused about current prices. Builders are quoting like crazy, I'm seeing 3BHKs cross ₹2 Cr easily. Is this justified, ya fir sab hype hai? Honestly, daily life wahaan kaisa hai? I'm worried about the traffic, especially during office hours. Mera office Cyber City mein hai, toh commute ka kya scene rehta hai? Koi resident hai wahaan se jo real experience bata sake? Ab samajh nahi aa raha, should I push my budget or look elsewhere?
