Ubale Nagar mein current property prices sahi hain kya? I work in real estate but buying for my own family feels so different, yaar. Builders are quoting like ₹75-85L for a decent 2BHK. Matlab, is this justified? I know about the upcoming infra, but I'm worried about overpaying. What's the real story with water supply there? Is it mostly PMC connection or are societies heavily dependent on tankers? This is a huge hidden cost builders don't mention. Also, for long-term investment, say 3-5 years, kitna appreciation expect kar sakte hain in Ubale Nagar? Off the record, any specific projects to look out for, or to avoid?
