My possession was in March for my 2BHK in Anand Nagar, Sinhagad Road. Just moved in last month, and honestly, uc-vs-rtm ki discussion sab karte hain, but nobody tells you about the *real* post-possession costs. Builder Shree Krishna Associates tha. I thought OC milte hi sab set hoga. But then society formation fees, utility connections, and even unexpected PLC for a better view... these add up. My ₹78L flat ended up costing way more with these hidden charges. You think you're ready to move, but actual liveability aur complete amenities ka wait alag hota hai. People only focus on EMI and downpayment. Is there a proper checklist for these hidden items? Hope this helps someone planning their budget.
