Uday Royal Park

Honestly, I had no idea buying a flat would be this complicated. My parents keep saying 'builder ka track record dekho', but even good builders sometimes mess up. I'm looking at Uday Royal Park in Pune, the amenities look great on paper. But I've heard so many stories about promised amenities vs what actually gets delivered. And construction quality, yaar. After a year, log bolte hain cracks aa gaye, seepage ho rahi hai. Plus, maintenance charges, is it really worth it for the service you get? Ab samajh nahi aa raha kya karu. Anyone here bought from them or lived in a project where the reality was totally different? Kya dekhu site visit pe to avoid these issues?
