Just took possession of my flat in Udyog Vihar back in March. One thing I learned: don't just accept the listed price. There's real negotiation room, especially for ready possession flats if you press hard. Many don't realize this. The resale market here seems active, but don't expect huge premiums unless it's a prime spot. Also, how bad is the waterlogging normally? This monsoon already feels intense near Sector 18. Any tips for managing that?
