Udyog Vihar property prices feel completely disconnected from reality lately. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 56, looking to upgrade to a 3BHK or a small villa near Udyog Vihar. Already have a home loan, so I'm weighing options carefully. Is this current premium justified, or should I wait another 6-12 months? My builder quoted a new 3BHK, but it feels steep. What's the community's honest take on Udyog Vihar's future price trend?

Main bhi same situation mein tha last year. Builder ne jo promise kiya, woh poora nahi hua. Possession date extend hoti gayi. Ab toh regret ho raha hai ki why didn't I wait? Don't rush into it, especially if you feel it's steep.
U4, it was 'Green Meadows Infra'. Unka track record thoda shaky hai. They showed us great renders, but ground reality is different. Abhi tak possession nahi mila hai,

Bhai, you're not alone. Udyog Vihar mein prices are just crazy. Lagta hai sab logon ko tech park ke paas hi rehna hai, isliye builders ne rates badha diye hain. Itna premium justified nahi lagta.
