₹45,000 for rent this month, I'm fed up. Finally buying, Udyog Vihar's on my radar. I've tracked prices for 1.5 years. With Dwarka Expressway and metro connectivity, 2BHKs are upwards of ₹90 lakh there. It feels steep. Has anyone seen their property value in Udyog Vihar significantly increase due to these infrastructure developments? Which specific pockets or sectors around Udyog Vihar got the biggest boost? Not sure if it's market appreciation or if infra genuinely made such a difference. Is this pricing justified, or anticipation? What's your experience with ROI?
