Udyog Vihar valuation doesn't match ground reality

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Udyog Vihar, Sohna. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, yaar. Honestly, is Udyog Vihar still undervalued or has it already peaked? Prices seem high for current infra. Are there any specific sectors or projects jahaan abhi bhi real value mil sakti hai? Confused hu.
