UER-2 2BHK: Projects mein bahut confusion hai

Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. I'm 28, looking for my first 2BHK in New Delhi, budget around ₹80L-1.5Cr. My parents keep saying UER-2 corridor mein kaafi potential hai, but honestly, I'm just lost looking at all the projects there. Not sure if it's worth going for something slightly smaller for a better developer, ya fir thoda compromise karke bigger space le lo. I've seen some ads, but reviews mix rehte hain. Kaunse projects UER-2 pe sahi hain for a first-time buyer like me? Builder ka track record, actual possession timeline, aur quality, in sab pe thoda input chahiye. Koi experience share kar sakta hai ki UER-2 mein kahan invest karna chahiye? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
