My lease ends in 6 months and I'm eyeing a 2BHK from Nava Jyothi Group near Ulsoor. I'm a first-time buyer, honestly not sure if I should go direct to the builder or use a broker. Brokers claim they get better deals or spot discounts. Is that true, or are they just adding another layer of cost? Any experiences on who gets better terms?

Meri toh personal experience mein broker ne kaafi help ki thi. I was looking for a 2BHK in Agrahara Layout last year, and direct builder se jo price mil raha tha, broker ne usse 2 lakhs kam karwa diya for a similar unit. Plus, all the paperwork, loan process, registration – sab smooth karwa
Bhai, Ulsoor mein Nava Jyothi ka track record kaisa hai, pehle woh pata karo. Brokers toh apni commission dekhte hain, but sometimes they do have access to inventory jo direct builder se nahi milta. Just be very careful with hidden charges, they can add up quickly.
Haan, Ulsoor main rates waise hi high hain. Broker ne agar koi special deal dilayi bhi toh kitna farak padega total cost mein? Mera experience Aavalahalli mein bahut kharab raha tha with a broker, he just wasted my time.
Sahi baat hai, hidden charges ka darr rehta hai always. Builder direct mein bhi sometimes add karte hain.
