Kya secondary market mein better deals mil sakte hain for similar views? Ek 5-year-old property near Ulsoor lake might offer comparable views for ₹1.5 crore, and negotiation scope is usually higher on resale. New projects mein builder often has a no-price-drop policy on FRP. What's the community's take on FRP and PLC ka actual long-term value for investors? Should one just look for ground floor properties for better value?

Exactly my thoughts! Yeh FRP, PLC sab builder ka naya tareeka hai to squeeze extra money. Lake view bolke price itna badha dete hain ki ROI ka calculation hi bigad jaata hai. Secondary market mein negotiation ka scope toh zaroor hota hai, but will they match the new project amenities? Yahi doubt hai.
