Yaar, Ulsoor ke rates toh out of control hain. Main bhi 2BHK dekh raha hoon aur MC Builders ke projects dekhe hain. Lagta hai price correction aayega kya? Renting se toh achha hi hai apna ghar, but itna high price pe lena risky lag raha hai.
