₹78 lakh for a 3BHK at Ultima Allure is what they quoted, but I'm honestly having second thoughts. My wife and I need a bigger flat now that kids are growing, so livability is key. Brochure mein toh sab high-end amenities dikha dete hain, but kya actual mein useful hoti hain, especially for kids? Like the pool aur play area – are they properly maintained daily, ya just for show? Also, carpet area efficiency kitni hai? Sales team bolti hai bahut achha hai, but layouts dekh ke lagta hai space waste ho raha hai. Kids ke school admission aur safety ka bhi concern hai, nearby reputed schools ka kya scene hai? Koi resident hai yahan? Please share your honest opinion on the real living experience, yaar. Am I overthinking this?
