Okay I'll be honest — I'm looking at Ultima Allure for investment and feeling pretty lost. I'm based in Dubai and can't do a site inspection myself. How's the builder's track record for on-time delivery? Also, what's the actual rental yield expectation there? Worried about project delays and legal clarity, especially needing a property manager.
