Gijhore — I'm looking at Ultra Home projects there, but my broker brain is still active even though I'm buying for myself. The 'all-in' cost is always a moving target, right? Also, on payment plans, is construction-linked really smarter, or are there hidden benefits to down payment schemes off the record? Trying to avoid those surprise charges near possession.
