Umang Winter Hills daily life might disappoint
Fed up with paying rent, my landlord just hiked it again, so I'm finally taking the plunge to buy. I'm looking at Umang Winter Hills in Mohali, seen some 3BHKs around the ₹1.3 Cr mark. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or does it just look nice on paper? I'm worried about the actual neighborhood quality, like schools and markets nearby. Also, what's the society vibe like? I don't want to feel isolated there, you know... I'm trying to figure out if it's really worth the EMI.

Be ready for that. Mohali mein aur bhi options dekh lo budget mein.
