₹1.3 Cr quoted for a 3BHK at Umiya Prism, but when I saw the floor plan, carpet area was barely 65% of super area. I know builders play super area vs carpet area games, but for my own home, it feels different. Is this normal for Umiya Prism, or am I overthinking? Does anyone who's bought there feel the actual living space is efficient? Or did you also feel like you paid for too much unusable space? What was your experience with their floor plans?
