Builder super area claims are always misleading, especially for ongoing projects like Umiya Prism. I work in real estate, but buying for myself, I'm extra careful. Iska carpet area ratio theek hai ya sirf numbers pe acha lag raha? Aur possession ke baad actual living experience kaisa hai? Genuinely liveable hai ya just good on paper? Disagree? Tell me why.

Sahi pakda hai bhai. Umiya Prism is still ongoing, possession date 2029-03-01. Itna long wait time mein toh kuch bhi ho sakta hai, especially with fluctuating material costs. RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/180426/008593 hai but that doesn't guarantee anything for carpet area; builders often find loopholes. We need to be extra vigilant.
