Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 49. Kids have moved out, so we need something smaller. Visited Paradise Enclave by Altus Space Builders. Prices for a 2BHK seem fine, but I'm really worried about legal aspects. How do I actually verify RERA registration? Are there common red flags in builder-buyer agreements I should watch for? And if they delay, does RERA really protect us in Chandigarh?
