Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Noida, especially near PI Greater Noida. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Builders always quote base price, but total cost kitna aata hai? Looking at a 3BHK, maybe ₹80L-₹1Cr range. Super area vs carpet area ka game toh pata hai, but kitna extra for PLC, parking, OC, etc.? Construction-linked payment plan better hai ya down payment? Robin Bhati ke projects mein kya scene hai payment terms ka? Koi experience share kar sakta hai?
