Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Noida Extension, specifically Rani Promoters in Sector 3. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are tough. What's the real all-in cost beyond property price, stamp duty, and registration? Are PLCs and parking non-negotiable? For an investor, is construction-linked payment smarter than a down payment now?
