Under-construction appreciation is just builder fantasy in Ghaziabad.
My lease ends in 3 months and I'm seriously fed up of renting. Everyone glorifies under-construction for 'potential appreciation' but nobody talks about the insane delays and builder risk. I'm looking at Apex Acacia Valley Apartments, which is ready, versus RHomes Miraabilis, still ongoing. Honestly, I think going ready-to-move like Acacia is the only sane option in Ghaziabad right now. Is the 'gamble' on RHomes Miraabilis even worth it for 5-year appreciation when Apex is right there? What about the builder trust factor? Change my mind.
