Under Construction corridor — best 2BHK options?
Under Construction corridor keeps coming up every time I shortlist something in Gurgaon. I'm a first-time buyer, looking for a 2BHK around ₹80L-1.5Cr. Bohot options hain, honestly not sure which projects offer solid value for money and good quality. Kya koi specific project ya builder hai jo is range mein best deal de raha hai? Future appreciation ka bhi dekhna hai. Aap log kya suggest karte ho?

Totally get you! Under Construction corridor mein kaafi projects hain. Maine bhi bahut research ki hai. Agar budget ₹1.2Cr tak stretch kar sakte ho, toh DLF Garden City Ext. ya Godrej Meridien dekh sakte ho. Location wise bahut sahi lagte hain aur connectivity bhi achhi hai. Future appreciation ke chances bhi hain, especially with the new infrastructure plans around.
