Under Construction corridor: Daily life ka sach?

2.5 years into my search, and this 'Under Construction' corridor still puzzles me. Even though I'm in real estate, buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. Builders yahaan pe bohot promises karte hain, especially about future connectivity and amenities. But yaar, the ground reality for daily life in this zone... it's a bit rough, isn't it? Roads ka kya scene hai, aur jab baarish aati hai toh waterlogging ka issue kitna rehta hai? I've seen some projects like ATS Pious Hideaways and Express Zenith, brochures look great, but living wahan pe for a family, especially with kids, would be a challenge right now. Kya future mein infrastructure sahi mein improve hoga, ya sirf paper pe hai? Want honest opinions, not marketing spiel. What's the real ground reality for those living or commuting there daily?
