'Under Construction' corridor is mostly marketing hype, not real living.
The 'Under Construction' corridor feels very overhyped for actual daily living. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Hinjewadi, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a small villa. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr, and I already have a home loan going. Builders wahan pe bahut achhe projects dikha rahe hain, but what's the ground reality? Is the traffic situation as bad as it seems during peak hours? And what about basic amenities like grocery stores, schools, aur hospitals? Brochures mein sab kuch perfect lagta hai, but usually, it takes years for the infrastructure to catch up. Is the price premium there justified for a family? Ya phir it's just a long-term headache for now? Kya community mein koi wahan rehta hai? Please share your honest experiences, especially if you commute daily.

Totally agree with the post! I almost booked a 3BHK near Hinjewadi last year, but then saw the traffic near Wipro circle during peak hours. It's a nightmare, yaar. Amenities bhi bahut dur hain. Lagta hai price toh badha dete hain, but basic facilities aane mein 5-7 saal lag jaate hain.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera cousin Ambegaon Budruk mein rehta hai, aur usko bhi daily commute mein 2 ghante lag jaate hain office tak. Usne school aur grocery ke liye bhi bahut struggle kiya shuru mein. Builders sirf future dikhate hain, present reality bahut tough hai. ₹1.5 Cr mein you can get better options in established areas, maybe a slightly older property near Sinhagad Road, but with all amenities in place.
