Honestly, I'm a bit lost trying to figure out Delhi real estate from Dubai. Can't do site visits, so relying on you guys for ground truth. Specifically looking at the 'Under Construction' corridor. Is it still undervalued for investment, ya peak ho gaya hai? Which sectors offer best ROI now, considering legal clarity for NRIs and rental management?

I'm also a first-timer, looking at the same corridor. My agent pushed me towards a project by Jay Hind Developer near Anand Vihar last year. They promised possession by 2024 end, but abhi tak construction slow lag raha hai. NRIs ke liye legal clarity kitni hai, especially for rental management? Koi experience share karega?
Anand Vihar se better Alaknanda mein dekh lo. Thoda expensive hai but location achhi hai. Jay Hind Developer ka project wahan bhi hai, I think.
NRIs ke liye legal clarity toh kafi improved hai with RERA, but still due diligence zaroori hai. Current market conditions mein, rental yield utna solid nahi hai jitna pehle tha, especially for new projects. Anand Vihar area mein thoda saturation dikh raha hai.

Totally agree yaar! Lagta hai prices already sky-high hain. Jay Hind Developer ka naam suna hai but good or bad, not sure. Bohut confusion hai.
