Under-construction deals: Are they ever truly worth it in Rajkot?
Been paying rent for 10 years now and honestly, I'm just done. Landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge to buy in Rajkot. Everyone talks about under-construction projects near Kalawad Road or the 150 Feet Ring Road expansion, promising great appreciation. Builders like Balaji Group or Swaminarayan Group offer 'pre-launch' deals for 3BHKs in Mota Mava, around ₹70-90L. But honestly, I'll say what no one says: those RERA horror stories about delays and quality issues are real. Is the supposed discount on UC worth years of EMI for a property that might not even be ready on time, or worse, has shoddy construction? I'm looking at ready-to-move options, even if it means a smaller 2BHK in Nana Mava for ₹65L. Should I just pay the premium for peace of mind? Change my mind.
