Under-construction delays are ruining Noida's real estate

I'm so frustrated with Intellicity's delays in Sector 150. Booked a 3BHK two years ago, promised possession by 2024. Still waiting! My kids' school admission depends on this. We're stuck paying rent *and* EMI. Honestly not sure what to do. Is it worth fighting them legally? Has anyone else faced similar issues with Intellicity or other builders? My wife's priority is a safe area for the children, and this is stressing her out. Should I just sell at a loss?
