Under-construction projects in Gurgaon are becoming a nightmare, especially with these payment plans. M3M on SPR, mera project 2 saal late hai. Builder payment plan mein itna fas gaya hoon, interest bhi jaa raha hai. Is this common for everyone?

Bhai, totally relatable! M3M ka toh pata nahi but mera DLF project Sector 81 mein bhi 1.5 saal late hai. It feels like they just take your money and then keep extending the deadlines. Isse accha ready-to-move hi le lete.
