Under-construction homes: The real gamble with builder promises
Loan pre-approved, but I'm getting confused with all the options now. Dekho, I'm looking at PSR Vanasree and Sobha Neopolis. Both under-construction hain. PSR Vanasree ka price point thoda better lag raha (₹1.11 Cr onwards) but Sobha Neopolis (₹2.47 Cr onwards) ka naam zyada suna hai. My main fikar is possession delay. Sobha ka track record kaisa hai for timely delivery? Aur PSR Vanasree mein bhi same risk hai kya? For a first home, under-construction mein invest karna kitna risky hai, especially for a 5-year appreciation outlook? Any experiences with these builders, especially regarding actual possession dates versus promised ones?

Bhai, exactly same situation! Sobha ka naam toh bahut bada hai, but budget ka chakkar hai. PSR Vanasree ka price point definitely tempting hai, but fir wahi, trust factor. First home hai, koi risk nahi lena chahta. But under-construction mein investment ka return bhi toh better hota hai, right?
Honestly, U2, under-construction is always a gamble. Builders promise the moon, but ground reality alag hoti hai. Mera ek friend Adigara Kallahalli
