Visited Resi Home Infra's site in Sector 112. They are promising OC soon, but I don't trust it. Everyone glorifies low prices, but nobody talks about the EMI you pay *plus* rent! Honestly, ready-to-move is safer for my kids' school admission. Am I wrong? Disagree? Tell me why.
