Budget constraint is real, aur under-construction mein thoda stretch kar sakta hoon. But yaar, builders ka track record dekh ke darr lagta hai. ATS ka possession date 2028-09-30 hai, that's almost 5 years away! Is it worth the wait for a bigger carpet area and the ATS brand, ya ready-to-move le lu, bhale hi thoda adjust karna pade? Noida mein first time le raha hoon, help needed!
