Mohali mein property search karte karte dimag ghum gaya hai. ALD Green Park 2 upcoming hai, price range kaafi attract karti hai, but under-construction ka risk samajh nahi aa raha. Cosmos Floors ready hai, but uska price thoda high lag raha. Yaar, 5 saal mein kisme better appreciation milega? Aur ghost society ka dar bhi hai ALD Green Park 2 mein, not sure kitne end-users honge. Cosmos Floors mein society already bani hogi, right? Kya ready-to-move ke liye itna extra pay karna worth it hai?

Original poster, aapne ALD Green Park 2 ke RERA details check kiye kya? Koi legal issues toh nahi hain? Gurugram ke market conditions mein toh abhi ready-to-move ki demand zyada hai, log risk nahi lena chahte. Mohali mein bhi similar trend ho sakta hai. Aur Airport Road ke paas hai toh connectivity to achhi hogi.
ALD Green Park 2 ka builder ALD Group ka track record kaisa hai Mohali mein? Koi previous project time pe complete kiya hai inhone? Mujhe toh sabse zyada darr builder ki reliability ka hai. Ek baar paise de diye toh fir bas unke bharose hi rehna padta hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Baharampur Naya mein bhi ek builder ne aise hi kiya tha, project 3 saal late ho gaya. ALD ka toh mujhe idea nahi, but research kar lo inke past projects pe. Online reviews check karo, site visit karo.

U8, problem ye hai ki ALD Green Park 2 mein total 624 units hain. Socho, itne saare units agar time pe ban bhi gaye, kitne end-users honge? Ghost society ka dar toh rahega hi. Cosmos Floors mein already लोग रह रहे होंगे, woh security aur community feel alag hoti hai.

Ab 5 saal ho gaye, abhi tak sirf pillars khade hain! Saare paise phans gaye uske. Under-construction se door hi raho, mera toh yahi personal experience hai.
