Under-construction or ready-to-move: can't decide for my 3BHK
Sector 84 — I've been looking at properties here and along Dwarka Expressway for a 3BHK upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 71, and thinking of moving. My budget is around ₹2-2.5 Cr. I already have a home loan so want to make the next move count. I'm torn between under-construction projects, maybe from DLF or Godrej, and ready-to-move options. UC seems to offer a better price point, but all the RERA horror stories about delays and quality issues are making me nervous. Is it worth the risk for potential appreciation, especially with Dwarka Expressway completing? Or should I just pay the premium for RTM and peace of mind? What's the community's take on this trade-off in Gurugram specifically? I'm aiming for good appreciation or decent rental yield. Should I trust builders like M3M or Emaar with UC projects right now?
